Once your order has shipped, estimated transit time is 10–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are delivery estimates. Peak holiday demand, customs processing and carrier delays can affect arrival times. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay and explain the available options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Please allow for arrival as late as Christmas Eve when planning a holiday gift. Delivery by Christmas Eve is not guaranteed. Because the overall delivery window may be up to 90 days, some orders may arrive after Christmas. Please consider this before ordering for a specific date.
We offer international shipping to destinations available at checkout. All prices below are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Shipping protection is included with the Music Bundle and Complete Christmas Bundle. It is optional for $4.99 USD with the House Humidifier. Shipping protection does not shorten delivery estimates or guarantee Christmas delivery, and does not limit your statutory rights.
We will provide a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Tracking can take time to update after dispatch. Please check your shipping address before placing your order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs procedures and destination-specific duties or taxes. Any amounts collected by us will be shown at checkout; additional charges assessed by local authorities may apply under local rules.
If your order has not arrived within the stated overall window, tracking shows a problem, or an item arrives damaged, contact aboudia928@gmail.com with “MistleTune” and your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. You do not have to wait 90 days to report a known delivery problem.
