Shop with confidence: MistleTune offers 30-day returns and a separate 90-day money-back guarantee. Both periods start on the day your order is delivered.
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return and refund. Please keep the product, included accessories and packaging together, where available, so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Contact us before sending an item back. We will explain the return address, any return shipping arrangements and the next steps. Please do not send returns to an address on the parcel without checking with us first.
If you are not satisfied with your MistleTune product, contact us within 90 calendar days of delivery to request a refund of the product purchase price under our money-back guarantee. The guarantee continues after the standard 30-day return window ends. Opening or trying the product does not by itself remove your eligibility under this guarantee.
Our support team will help resolve the issue or provide instructions for a return where needed. A replacement or exchange is optional; you may request the money-back guarantee instead. There is no restocking fee.
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is different from what you ordered. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement, return or refund and cover reasonable return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. Your rights for faulty goods are not limited to the 30-day return window or the 90-day guarantee.
Once your refund is approved and any required return has been received, we will issue the refund to your original payment method and send confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. If a confirmed refund has not appeared, contact us so we can check its status.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. If it has already shipped, we will explain your return options. Any mandatory cancellation, return, refund or warranty rights under the law where you live remain in effect and take priority if they provide greater protection.
